I will work one on one with you and try to make the process as simple as possible. Designing and
 hand  assembling custom invitations is very time consuming so I limit my clients, enabling me to
provide you with the best service I can.

I've been a Bride to be and I understand the planning process is stressful; however, I want you to
 look back at this as a memorable and enjoyable time. I'll try my best to guide you along the way
 and I'll be there to help with etiquette guidelines, planning and design. I also encourage you to
 incorporate your own ideas...the more creative the better!

POWER OF DREAMS
Celine Decorations and Catering Services was set up by Deogratius Lewis with his wife,
 Celine Deogratius, the Tanzanians family who passionately – believe that a quality of
decorations & catering products and services could be a powerful tool to enable them to work
their way out of poverty within their family. With their business partner - Mr. Mohamed Zungu
 who managed the daily operations of the company. Their dreams
started in Arusha city in 2006, after four years studying and researched in tourism and hospitality
business, when their responsible to question “would you like to work together to release this dream
was a resounding? Yes, when can we start? Now, the dream really has been realized, although there
is still plenty of work to be done but eventful to say at least “yes we can”
WHERE WE ARE?
Our Headquarter are located in Mwanza city at Station road, Block #227, and initially operated in its
 plants in Dar es Salaam at Mabibo – Barcelona Street and Kahama at Nyahanga Street, Buster Area
to increase its sales  outreach. We are officialy registered by Registrar of company business
Name back in July, 2009.
