How we work:
First, we will find out your interested menus and taking into accounts at all times dietary and nutritional requirements. Our clients may simply want food, others may want elements of our fully services options which include:
·         Cutlery cookery and special households  items
·         Security, special waiters, modern music sounds and entertainment
·         Co-ordinate linen
·         Cash sale or book order

OUR MENUS.
1.      AFRICAN  DISHES – CHAKULA CHA KIAFRIKA
-          Boiled rice/ Wali mweupe/pilau
-          Chicken fried/ Nyama ya kuku –mkaango – ¼ portion
-          Spaghetti au Macaroni/ tambi za kupikwa – 1/8  portion
-          Meat fried / Nyama ya ng’ombe mkaango – 3pcs
-          Vegetables/ mboga za majani
-          Fresh season fruits/matunda mseto

-          Fried potato/viazi vya kukaanga

4.   CHAKULA CHA KAWAIDA – SCACKS

5.   CONTINENTAL FOOD – CHAKULA MCHANGANYIKO

-          Matoke (ndizi +maharagwe)
-          Season fresh fruit/matunda mchanganyiko
-          Boiled meat/nyama ya mchuzi
-          Mineral water/maji madogo ya Kilimanjaro
-          Season salad/vegetable/mboga za majani
-          Kachumbari mchanganyiko/chachandu
 
6.   BOILED FOOD/CHAKULA CHA MCHEMSHO
-          Boiled fresh fish/samaki mchemsho – 1/3 portion
-          Boiled potato/viazi vya mchemsho -3pcs
-          Spaghetti bologise/Tambi mchemsho
-          Boiled banana/ndizi mchemsho
-          Season  fresh fruit/matunda ya mchanganyiko
-          Mineral water/maji madogo ya Kilimanjaro -1/4litre
-          Choice of sausage – 2pcs.

7.   BARBEQUE PACKAGE
-    Chicken Sekela: served with mix vegetable,cheese,salad and mineral water -1/4litre

-          Fish barbeque : served with fried/boiled rice, garlic shallots(far east style.)


 
-          Beef and chicken skewers : served with mint souce,fresh fries or boiled potato

MAIN COURSE – MENU
1.    Fish fillet and coconut sauce; in house style finished with coconut sauce

2.    Chicken Al Kiev: stuffed breast chicken  with machured bread crumbs
3.     Spaghetti carabless: cooked with black olives, finished with basil.

 
4.    Spaghetti bolognaise: mined meat cooked in flavored topped with cheese and served with boiled potato/Ugali.
 
5.    Boiled fish (whole fish): cooked with green pepper, potatoes, carrots, onion, sauce and curry powder.
 

ITALIAN  PIZZAS
1.    Vegetable pizza ; served with fried bites + drinks
2.    Pineapple pizza : served with boiled potato
3.    Chicken pizza : served with stemmed rice or Ugali

INDIAN CUISINE
1.    Chicken curry: served with fried potato/chips
2.    Chicken Masala : served with chips or banana
3.    Guan fish curry : served with some India food
4.    Jeera chicken : served with some Indian food
                  
AFRICAN FOOD – MAIN DISH
1.    Mtori: this kind of food originated from Chagga people of Moshi- Kilimanjaro and cooked chicken/goat with mashed bananas, served with chapatti or donates.


 
2.    Pilau: this kind of food originated from East –coastal of Tanzania and well cooked with boiled rice, meat and spices with boiled potatoes.
 
3.    Ugali: this is a kind of porridge prepared/cooked from grain powder mainly from millet or maize and not very often from rice. Ugali served as it is, but eaten in tandem with all kinds of meat, fish, vegetables legumes, milk etc.


 
4.    Nyama choma ( Meat dish): there are various way to prepare Nyama choma (meat dishes ).The Africa/Tanzanian –nyama choma mixed with special spices or sometimes traditional medicine, but  have a unique cuisine of preparing as meat dish ( Nyama choma)
